A visionary property entrepreneur with a proven track record, Tarinee could be said to have property investment in her blood! Her earliest memories are seeing her parents investing in  residential properties, commercial shops and land, and of being taught that this legacy can be passed through generations. This upbringing has shaped her conviction that not only is property a great secure asset, it provides income and creates opportunities for the future in a way that benefits both the investor and the community.

She launched her own property business in 2010, investing in residential properties, renovating them to a high standard and letting them to individuals and  families. As her business grew, she also began to lease properties to housing providers accommodating vulnerable people, homeless, migrants and ex-convicts.  In this way she continues her family heritage of running a profitable business and doing good at the same time.

This well established property investment business has successfully acquired and managed a buy-to-let portfolio in London and across the West Midlands.

Tarinee realised that to be able to provide more high quality homes and help solving urgent housing needs, she needed to create a professional team and take advantage of the huge potential to convert commercial buildings into residential properties.
